For this project, I was tasked with recruiting and preparing the talent for the launch video and organizing our filming schedule to make sure we could gather enough content.
I assigned the talent to each of their roles based off of the script that was created in the video and sent and maintained all communications between talent and the production team.
Prior to the actual launch video being published, the production team on this video spent three days filming across different locations in Miami. During those three shoot days, while on-site, I had to manage the production team's schedule to make sure we stayed on time and organized and helped execute all talent agreements.
GRAMMY U expanded their membership eligibility to all people between the ages of 18-29 who are actively pursuing a career in music.
While I assisted in coordinating and communicating with other Recording Academy departments to have the most recent change in membership since 2006 at the Academy go live, this project section is focused on the actual video announcement.
