As project coordinator for this project, I worked directly with the artist team for The Backseat Lovers to confirm all program and logistic details for the day of.
I coordinated with all attending GRAMMY U members to make sure they received the proper communications and regulations for attending the SoundCheck.
The day of, I managed all waivers and agreements and worked with the team at the venue to secure tickets for members to attend the show that evening.
This project was another GRAMMY U SoundCheck that allowed GRAMMY U members from the Florida Chapter to attend the Soundcheck of a band that was performing at House of Blues Orlando and then participate in a Q&A session after.
