As project coordinator for this project, I worked directly with the artist team for 100 Gecs to confirm all program and logistic details for the day of.

I coordinated with all attending GRAMMY U members to make sure they received the proper communications and regulations for attending the SoundCheck.

This SoundCheck allowed students to not only connect with the artists, but also the sound engineers on-site and other prominent members of the live music scene that were on tour with the band at the time.

Members were then given the opportunity to attend the band's show later that evening.
