Role
For this program, I was responsible for pairing all mentor and mentee applicants within the Florida Chapter. I managed all communications to applicants to keep them updated on their status within the program and sent all instructions, guides and materials needed if selected to participate.
I had to verify that all mentor applicants were either Voting or Professional members of the Academy, and all student applicants were GRAMMY U members before pairing. From there, I reviewed all applications thoroughly and paired all applicants to the best of my ability based on their chosen areas of interest.
GRAMMY U's Mentorship Program pairs college students with seasoned music industry professionals and creators, who are the Voting and Professional members of the Recording Academy.
