For this event, I was on the marketing team and worked with my fellow representatives and our supervisors to determine the look and feel and messaging of the event.

The event was also a contest which featured three student winners having their submissions reviewed in real time and receiving feedback from our moderator and panelist. I worked with my team to review all music video submissions and narrow it down to the three that ultimately were selected.

My focus centered around communications and outreach for promoting the event as it got closer which included reaching out to different social media pages and outlets to help promote the event and encourage their audiences to attend.

On the day of the event, all of our separate teams combined to work production and ensure the execution of the event as well as content capture.

GRAMMY U hosted an official GRAMMY Week event ahead of the 64th GRAMMYs.

The Masterclass Powered by Mastercard with award-winning director, Hannah Lux Davis, was a conversation surrounding her creative processes directing some of pop’s most iconic music videos.

Davis has worked with countless artists to bring their visions to life on-screen including Ariana Grande, Doja Cat, Halsey, Demi Lovato, Charli XCX, 5 Seconds of Summer, and many more.

This event was moderated by Recording Academy Florida Chapter Board President and music video director, Milcho.
