Role
This was the first GRAMMY U event I moderated and produced as the GRAMMY U Representative for the Florida Chapter. Since it was my first solo event, I project managed the program with the guidance of my supervisors.
The content of the program was a virtual panel and networking mixer with the board of the Florida Chapter, so I managed all communications with them to confirm their attendance and event details.
I had to work with the Digital Marketing and Creative Services team at the Recording Academy to promote and develop marketing materials for the event and connect with the audience of student members that would be attending.
As moderator, I created all questions and program content for the event and used the bios of board members attending to ask questions that would fit well with their expertise and knowledge. I also managed the networking mixer/Q&A session that was the second half of the event.

A GRAMMY U Florida Chapter virtual mixer where GRAMMY U members were able to listen as the Recording Academy's Florida Chapter board discussed their roles and professions within the music industry.
Members had the opportunity to submit their own questions beforehand or participate in a live Q&A during the event.
