This program I project managed with the guidance of my supervisors and moderated.

I worked directly with Prince Royce's team to coordinate all talent details and create marketing materials. I was responsible for working with the different Recording Academy departments to have artwork created and make sure that all necessary digital communications went out to reach our intended audience.

Since this was a virtual event, I also had to work with the IT and Legal Affairs departments of the Recording Academy to make sure access was allowed for all Zoom controls and all agreements necessary were in place.

As moderator for the program, I created all program content and questions while also guiding the discussion on Prince Royce's background and music industry journey during the event.

The Florida Chapter of GRAMMY U hosted an exclusive discussion with 14-time Latin-GRAMMY nominated singer/songwriter Prince Royce about his career and musical accomplishments as a prominent Latin artist.

The virtual event was a webinar with the conversation being moderated by myself featuring student submitted questions and only open to GRAMMY U members in the Florida Chapter.

This was my second event as the GRAMMY U Representative for the Florida Chapter which I produced primarily on my own with the guidance of my supervisors.
